Social Media Strategy, Paid Campaign Management, Content Curation and Reporting

In 2018, we were approached by Positive Dialogue Communications (Cape Town based PR agency) to collaborate on social media management, content creation and curation, paid campaign management, strategic development, reporting and analysis on the CAT Rugged Phones Facebook page. Key objectives included raising awareness around new products while increasing brand awareness around the CAT brand in South Africa. CreateSA was responsible for the following deliverables:


  • Developing and implementing content and communication strategies in accordance with the CAT CI and overall marketing plan

  • Copywriting of content in line with brand tone of voice

  • Month-to-month curation and content plan development

  • Community management and implementation of all posts

  • Planning and scheduling of paid campaigns

  • Monthly tracking, reporting and analysis of all statistics and data





  • After a 6-month audit (of the South African audience and geo-posts only), the CAT® Rugged Phones Facebook page delivered the following results:

    • A 45% increase in page likes in SA only

    • A total reach in SA of 1.1 mil

    • 400% growth in local unique engagements over the 6-month period
